The hotel is fairly clean with an excellent design and based in a nice building. The staff is super-friendly, that's an advantage. The rooms are reasonably spacious and attractive, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. When I am in Elyria, I like staying here.

The bathroom was clean and the room was fairly quiet; it also had convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator.

The property is fairly clean; attractive and particularly good rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. The employees are NICE and wonderful. It is undoubtedly an incredibly beautiful and absolutely gorgeous option when in Elyria.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was also located in a convenient area close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful and patient, especially at the front desk even when it was busy.

I was disappointed by some aspects of my stay. I was charged an unexpected extra fee, which was not budgeted for and caused me financial strain.

I truly enjoyed the stay here. Overall had such wonderful stay for business trip. Location: the hotel was right by turnpike at Midway Mall beside the Hampton as well as restaurants. Easily reached Golden Corral, located just a short stroll away from the venue, had lunch/dinner there. The staff were supper friendly, ready to any request: D

The staff is very kind and accommodates all of guests' needs. The ambiance is quiet. The rooms are attractive and comfy, have down pillows.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. the rooms are exceptionally good. the staff are super friendly, wonderful, and always ready to help with anything. I would definitely come back here if I have no other plans.

The check-in experience with Pam was excellent, accommodating room change. The staff was helpful and patient. The comfortable bed and spacious room were highlights. Lauie, the receptionist, was friendly and professional. Concerns about housekeeping noise were addressed at checkout.
